wheels Posted April 4, 2007 Posted April 4, 2007 hello all, I received my 850 remains today. Having a little trouble with programs. I am using the software to programs each device and all codes are working on each device when stored and tested in the programs. There is no information in the device when any of the devices are selected. I brought their specific model to use the database as I have updated equipment and I thought it would make it easier as previously I had the 500 remote and had to search the codes. With the new model I recall some of my equipment from the 500 to make it easier and quicker first. Codes were turning off equipment when tested with the software which should be right. Under some of the devices there are the proper codes and advice names in the new model was the upgraded database that the 500 didn't have. Anybody with the model they could assess I would appreciate the assistance. I am quadriplegic and it would make it much easier and shoul be with this one. Regards Markmouseclick
