Maverick Posted April 3, 2007 Posted April 3, 2007 Hi All, Just finished watching this BR title tonight and the video and audio transfer is top notch. However for some unknown reason the BR version has been severely edited, a full 16 minutes of the original movie have been deleted. This really has destroyed the movie, which is a favourite of mine, and I cannot fathom why this would have been done. It carries an R rating so there was no need to censor it I am just at a loss as to why it was deemed necessary unless they used an airline version as the master?

I have a Zone B release but have yet to watch it on my Zone A PS3 (but it does play). Matt

The Blu-Ray disc is the theatrical cut. The version you saw previously was the extended cut, released a few years back on SD DVD. The theatrical cut is the version seen in cinemas and is the original version.
