We just had poer outage & when it came back on, the external Ausid power supply no longer works :-( It's definatley the power supply too as I measured the outputs on the unit & get no volts at all. It's clearly out of warranty so does anybody have a phone number or contact details for Ausid so I can try to get a replacement? Cheers Gregster sorry for double post.. Gregster, Give Fujitsu Aus a call. I needed a new remote for the AUSID and they were able to source one for me. Call and ask for spare parts dept, you may need to talk to sales for them to understand EXACTLY what you need as they dont sell the AUSID anymore......good luck. Hornet.
