Best Low Profile Pci-e Graphics Card

Hi Guys,

First of all I would like to thank people on this forum for their feedback, it's great to have this forum as a starting point for any issues. I have achieved what I wanted with a HTPC below is my current setup.

What I need now is a Low Profile PCI-E Graphics Card. As a minimum it needs to output 1920x1080 onto my acer screen, if possible 1080p would be great .

P4 - 2.8GHz

1 GB RAM

320GB HDD Sata WD

Compro T200a

7.1 Aopen Cobra Sound card

Please note I am a novice at all of this, but I am slowly learning thanks to all you guys!
