Nova Phoenix
VGA to Component converter on Ebay The above device allows VGA to Component, and I assume vice-versa. My question is as follows: does anyone know if such a device would display well on my Samsung CRT (WSZ40HN something, lol) TV? It would just be so cool to have things like Media Player's visuals and even emulators (Kega, MAME, etc.) displayed on my TV.

Owen
A VGA to Component converter is not just a cable converter, it’s a bunch of electronics that converts one video colour format to another, it cannot convert the other way. Good converters cost good money. With the cheap models you get the performance you payed for. A have a high quality Crescendos system Component transcoder that I no longer need. http://www.crescendo-systems.com/transcoder.html If you are interested PM me.
