Upgraded recently to 2807 for the HDMI side of things. Located in Brisbane. Will ship to all major cities.

Mining Man Posted March 29, 2007 Posted March 29, 2007 Just to let you know the mods requested I remove the sale of my Amp from my sig Lyle which I duly did, what cracks me up is they can moderate my signature but half the name calling and flaming that goes on in the HD forums is ignored and their is some pretty rough stuff against forum rules in there.... I'm trying to see it from their perspective, so bear with me here for a second... The thing with your sig, is that it obviously appears in every post you've ever made. The mods have tolerated for sale threads and other forms of advertising where it has been discrete enough to remain in a single dedicated thread. But I guess their position is that the use of a sig for advertising is far more pervasive. It creates a precedent though, as there are more than a couple of vendors who frequent here, and have a link to their business in their sig. I don't have an issue with that personally. Actually, I prefer it, and believe the disclosure of their commercial interest is a good thing. But back to your sig. Yeah, it's a bummer. And there's plenty else in this forum that is probably worse. I guess the bottom line is that name calling and flame wars tend to be confined to specific threads that can be avoided. Sig commentary has far greater mobility. At least you didn't advertise the size of your penis like ????.
