Anyone know of any great units out there to give HD tuner built in on an LCD around 19 / 22 inch unit

At what distance will you be viewing the LCD from ?

Panasonic 26"

These are the only two I know of

Yeah, 26" are the smallest that come with a HD tuner.

There are 20" W/S LCD's out there, but no HD tuner.

Does anyone have experience of a 22-23 inch without tuner? There do not seem to be many stocked by the big stores - and those that are seem to be the cheaper brands.

I bought a Samsung 23" LCD (only has analogue tuner) in Oct 04 for the bedroom, hooked it up to a SD box, works great. Samsung no longer market the 23"though.

There is also 23" models from LG and Panasonic, might be worth a look

Just saw in the latest HN catalogue a TCL 19"(48cm) with SD tuner for $495

Can't see why you would want HD tuner in such a small screen so SD would be perfect IMO

Or the Samsung 26 inch with built in HD tuner for $1495 if you want to go bigger and more upmarket.

eek just noticed that the thread is from March! But maybe you are still in the market, it took me 4 months to decide on my new PC monitor, God help me when it's TV changeover time!!!
