Have a toppy masterpiece for 13 months now.. trouble free..however skip button ( yellow ) on remote is constantly getting stuck.. any ideas how to fix or will I have to get a new remote ( hopefully free beacuse machine is only two weeks out of warranty)

Have you tried cleaning the remote? Its very simple to split the remote in half and access the buttons properly. Maybe just lightly clean the dust off and possibly a tiny bit of something a bit oily to loosen up the tab. Good luck on stretching the waranty, however a new remote only costs about $40 I believe anyway.
