50mxe20 Posted April 25, 2007 Posted April 25, 2007 Ahhhh, your PA is in 'working' too? Nice I wish!!
The_Preacher1973 Posted April 25, 2007 Posted April 25, 2007 Sorry!! I'll sayThats not the anzac spirit lyle - good to see you are skiiving on the forum whilst working tho. Keep up the good work Well I'm working too. Although I think we managed to keep up the ANZAC spirit pretty well. The Indonesians won't let us raise an Australian or NZ flag over here. But of course we held a traditional dawn service with the flag raising. If you don't here from me later you'll know why. One of the older guys is an ex Lt. Col. as well so we even had our own Vet. He gave a great speech to all the young Aussie kids over here. Best ANZAC day ceremony I've attended.

Felix.. Posted April 26, 2007 Posted April 26, 2007 Bad timing for me fellas. I actually be in Melbourne that week to see my beloved Swannies take on the Saints at the Dome. Anyway enjoy the fine pictures and company. The HD1 sounds like an amazing display.

benthx Posted May 10, 2007 Author Posted May 10, 2007 A very big thanks for the forum members and non forum members who read the forum that came over last night. Tonight will be predominately forum members. A third GTG is already planned as we ran out of seating and to accomdate other members whose work commitments did allow them to attend. Only one forum member was allowed to have his digital fingerprint registered to gain access to the Theatre when ever he wants. ACCESS AUTHENTICATED! Its was fun! PM me if you want to register your interest to the third GTG. Three seats left. Ben

Foggy Posted May 10, 2007 Posted May 10, 2007 At least with the colour of a storm trooper outfits, the stains won't be as easy to see  No doubt Ben had some footage of Seven of Nine to show the wares of the JVC too.
Maverick Posted May 10, 2007 Posted May 10, 2007 No doubt Ben had some footage of Seven of Nine to show the wares of the JVC too. Aah so theres a strategically positioned flap in the storm trooper suit especially for 7 of 9 viewing with the old 5 of 10.
larry42 Posted May 10, 2007 Posted May 10, 2007 wow..if someone female was to dress up as seven of nine, then i'd be back there in a flash... or should that be 'back for a flash '
benthx Posted May 10, 2007 Author Posted May 10, 2007 Now guys I leave the forum for a few hours and look what happens. Actually megan did dress up as seven of nine once for a fancy dress. Her other attire and well suited body/facial features is scully. but I am not Mulder We just finshed about an hour ago for the GTG 2b. GTG 2c is in thw works. I think the guys will post their comments re tonight. I think they like the audio as well Thanks Ben
50mxe20 Posted May 11, 2007 Posted May 11, 2007 WOW!! Very impressive. However, I went away sad knowing I will never achieve that level of HT experience. Not unless I win Lotto.
Trigg Posted May 11, 2007 Posted May 11, 2007 BEN, Would like to register my interest in 2c now I have my car back! (looking good too by the way!) Any Date set at this stage?
larry42 Posted May 11, 2007 Posted May 11, 2007 hi lyle so you guys liked the pic quality ? i must admit i was surprised at how good the picture quality and contrast was...mind you that black velvet around the screen did help a lot.....
Santa1503559644 Posted May 14, 2007 Posted May 14, 2007 Looks like I my emissary missed a good show. Maybe when round 3 comes up, he'll be in the right country!
benthx Posted May 14, 2007 Author Posted May 14, 2007 Perth GTG date is set for round 2c May 29th (Tuesday) 7.00pm. I think most of the guys from 2a and 2b were a little overwhelmed from the visual and audio presentation Just buying a projector is not the silver bullet. Its about how you put it all together. Please PM or email me. Food and drink supplied, of which is an experience as well. Thanks Ben
