Obviously, my condolences go to his family and friends that have to deal with not only his death, but all the sordid details and innuendo that will continue to surface during this investigation. :D

Less obviously, my thoughts go out to those individuals in the Pakistani cricketing fraternity that are not drug users, ball tampers, pitch wreckers or match fixers, that are likely to have their credibility, and therefore livelihoods, come into question through guilt by association. :blink:

A sad affair for anyone involved, including us supporters of the game...

Well if it was a Pakistani punter, they picked the wrong target.

I guess strangling a whole team would be a tougher task to achieve - at least on foreign soil, so killing the infidel foreigner coach sends a clear message to those who forgot who owns them. Maybe when they get back to Pakistan...

D'ya reckon Osama had some money riding on Pakistan winning the World Cup?! :blink:

Apparently he was writing a book which exposed a number of "goings on".
