I was wondering if anybody has dealt with them lamely. There is Australia only USPS global and global Shipping. When I was shopping for my remote a few years ago I decided to buy the Universal Remote MX-850 with MRF-250 and I got the remote from an Ebay seller Dougthetheatreman for USD$300 include shipping. And checking the Bluedo today even after 2 years Bluedo is still selling the same remote combo for $499 and there is hardly any discount. I don't need the other stuff is a quadriplegic and I live-in one-room in a residential home, I don't really like eBay unless I have to. The only remotes that Bluedo offer some competitive pricing is on the phillip's pronto range and even then cheaper price on the net. Bluedo's price on Universal Remote range and Harmony are only few cents off recommended retail price in USA and that is just not competitive at all.
