Anyone had any luck downloading the LFE 2 Demo Disk from the FTP site

provided by the AVS forum . I have now downloaded it twice and although

the image burns via IMGburn the finished disk is not readable.

Any ideas . Has anyone thought of adopting the AVS forum of a vine

idea for distributing these or is there another way of getting them.

I am quite willing to pay something to get the disks

I have put together a disk of my own but it would not be as pro looking

as the ones at avs and is mainly DTS music tracks I like

I have a couple but neither of the two LFE Demo's.

Will download #21 and let you know tomorrow if you like

Have you tried mounting it on the computer with something like Daemon tools (if you do install it, make sure you untick the 'search bar/adware')? This would tell you if the problem lies with the image itself or something else.

Have now got a little further using isobuster it will rescue the structure and I can see all the files and menus but apart from not knowing whether Isobuster can repair the image I have only a limited feature trial version and I really dont know how to use it. It may be that the image is just corrupt and it needs to be replaced with a good one on the FTP site who knows? I know these images are available on torrent but when you can get a connection it is just so slow and it would take you days to download it. The guys in the US have like a chain system to pass the disks around but they are hardly going to include OZ in that Web due to postage costs.

Bit the bullet and bought Isobuster and have managed to retrieve all the files and have made a demo disk which although does not have a front menu is very enjoyable. Some of the LFE demos are quite spectacular and do show off my M&k quite well
