Any thoughts guys and girls, it's for a Medium sized open room with Tv and 2 lounges! It's for a mix's of Movies and music, so need a set of all round speakers! Thanks! Keep Trucking! Mc :ph34r:

Mc :ph34r: Hey, if they sound and look good to you and the price is right what else matters? B&W is a nice brand and the MT-20's have got good reviews. Have you tried them out with the amp you will be using? The only caveat may be that they will sound different at home to in the store, any chance for a home trial?
mchuelio Posted March 5, 2007 Author Posted March 5, 2007 I picked them up today, and have had about 2-3 hrs of both music and movies and I'm blown away! Very detail and clear speakers, not the loudest but when pushed they do a fine job! Watched some Saving Private Ryan (DTS) and Hellboy(DTS) and then some Eels and Miles Davies. The B&W Sub AV2 is a perfect match for the MT-1. For $1500 and 20mts of speaker cable, from $1998 on the clearance table, and retailed for up to $2500, there a demo set but are in great nick!
