360 Hd Dvd Addon Aussie Release Date Confirmed

Recommended Posts

Hey, with Universal Remote and King Kong, that's pretty good!

I wonder what kind of remote it is - is it a Microsoft one, or some 3rd party like Logitech?

If it's a good quality remote then it makes it tempting indeed!

That said, I would still rather wait for an all in one unit with Xbox360 & HD-DVD rolled into one (if it ever happens). My (too small) room is messy enough already hehehe.

yeah, I too wouldnt mind if they did this also for the HDMI, 120gb "updated" x360, but I guess the pricing would be pretty high if you think of today's pricing of console + external drive, but may work out cheaper ithe consumer had always planned to buy both console + drive?

something like $800 for an "all in one"?

cheers

From the article

While high definition players for the new formats have already surfaced in Australia - both Samsung and Panasonic already offer Blu-Ray players and Toshiba is poised to introduce two models of HD-DVD players in coming weeks

HE-E1 is already out, shows how little exposure HD-DVD is getting.

cheers
