ok so on my plasma set LG rt-42pz60 i've noticed a while ago that there were these red and green dots that seems to jump all over the screen when i turn the set on, but seemed to go away afterwards so i thought this really wasn't that big of an issue. except now the red and green dots really obvious at startup and doesn't seem to totally go away even after extended periods of viewing...

so what now ? get it warrantied ? and before anyone tells me to check the source, it's definitely the tv, as it does it for foxtel and normal free to air regardless.

First check your dvi connection as the Humax HDSTB I had did it as well and it was faulty.

It's not a DVI issue:

Check your connections especialy if you are using DVI.

it shows up when i watch fta which runs straight through the tv without an stb or anything, same thing with foxtel and dvd's. so i'm pretty sure it's not the connection..
