Does anyone else find the saturation/colour-settings of the moderately watchable NCIS completely *%$*%$'d up?

It'd be interesting to see how this differs between displays/viewing systems.

On everything I've watched it on, not only does it look too dark in the interior scenes {maybe intentional}, but the colours give new meaning to the word unsubtle - they make Michael Jackson look subtle in comparison!

NB: This is on SD, I dont know what its like on HD (if it even is on HD).

I flicked onto it a while ago, and indeed it did look like the stuck the colour setting up too high (everyone had reddish faces). I guess that's the way the source is and it might be a hassle to change the chroma settings just for a hour long show.

Surely they can adjust the chroma levels on the tape machine before it hits presentation, or before they dump it onto the media server (if they use that). Being HD it would have arrived from the US on tape.
