Item:                     Ressonessence Labs Invicta DAC
Location:             Glen Iris, Vic
Price:                    $2700 (RRP $7999)
Item Condition:   Excellent condition
Reason for selling: trying something new

Payment Method: Bank transfer or cash on pickup

Extra Info:

Relisting at reduced price:

You don't see many of these dacs for sale and for a good reason, they are just fantastic.  This company are the brains behind the Sabre dac chip itself. So if anyone is to extract the most performance out of that chip it would be these guys.

Gets you into Division 1 of the Darko DAC index as well (alongside the Hugo TT and PS Audio Directstream )

This DAC was purchased a couple of years ago from SNA (original ad here)

I believe the current version has an upgraded DAC chip and a slightly different front panel to accommodate the DSD lights. Software is upgradable and is currently updated to the latest firmware.

Also included is a high quality 2 x TRS plug to 4 pin Balanced xlr adapter for balanced mode headphone amp.

This internal headamp amp will rival any external amp in the $1000 range.

The current version of this dac retails for $7999 at Addicted to Audio. So this is a steal at this price

I have used both this and now the updated pro and this represents exceptional value.

Highly versatile unit with the SD card input and HDMI output; after all who can

read a tiny digital display at more than 3M and know every track played back on their 2TB storage.

Thanks :thumb:

just to avoid any potential confusion, the HDMI output is only to a monitor for a larger visual display of the sd-card contents. It's not an audio output
