Price: $2,390.00
Item Condition:Excellent condition cosmetically and functionally
Reason for selling:Upgraded to Preamp and Monoblocks

Extra Info:
All,  I have my Melody I34R integrated amp for sale.  It's in excellent condition, both cosmetically and functionally.  I am the first owner, and I'm only selling as I've upgraded to a preamp and monoblock combo.  As I recall, it runs at 40 watts, and uses EL34 and 6SN7 tubes, with a 101D 'Tennis Ball' rectifier.  It no longer runs any of the Melody tubes, as they've all been upgraded to NOS with the exception of the rectifier, which is a Full Music tube.  My unit is the later model, with the remote, however I've had the volume pot upgraded as well, which makes a significant improvement to the sound - unfortunately  no remote control now, however.

When it was new, it was $3,990 from memory, and I've found the most recent model on a UK website for GBP2,770 which is over $5,000..  I've got very realistic expectations in terms of price, so if you're interested, please contact me.  I'm in Sydney, and given the weight (over 30kg) it's pickup only.  It comes with the original packaging and I have a brand new 101D retailing at circa $180.00 that I'll throw in as well.  Link to my eBay feedback is: http://feedback.ebay.com.au/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewFeedback2&userid=cragiebee

Thanks,

Craig

NB.  The EL34 tubes in the photo are not included, but the tubes that are included are NOS.  The tube dampers are not included either.  The 6SN7 RCA tubes in the photo are included, as is the Full Music 101D.

Thanks,

Craig

Hi Craig, Been running about with kids (school holidays)!

No worries, I'll carry half the fees and try to collect on Saturday on way to Drag racing, will deposit in the meantime or bring cash. Jokes aside, PayPal still hasn't returned the first payment to me!

Appreciate the spare set of tubes as it's nice to see the improvement when running the NOS tubes...
