aks2600 Posted June 10, 2017 Posted June 10, 2017 Seems good value ! Can i ask what you are upgrading to?
Eagleeyes Posted June 10, 2017 Author Posted June 10, 2017 Was an upgraded vpi Aries but sold so not 100 percent sure now
burraga Posted June 11, 2017 Posted June 11, 2017 How old is it? Do you still have the original packaging?
Eagleeyes Posted June 11, 2017 Author Posted June 11, 2017 I can look up serial number but as much smoother plinth design i.e. Not ridged so guessing 90s or newer it a lot more current than my older one I had. I had original box and still have internal polystyrene block but used to send gyrodek I had over east a few months ago. But all very easy to pack up well. Stupid mistake to use but that's hindsight.
Luc Posted July 21, 2017 Posted July 21, 2017 Simple answer to@burraga 's question and my question[now which is how old is this Linn?] is to look behind the deck and you'll see the Serial number which will tell us it's year of manufacture within a certain time frame and also indicate what factory upgrades were applied before the point of sale.. Example: Is this a Cirkus model or a pre Cirkus model ect ect and it is indeed a "ect ect" when you deal with the ongoing upgrades that came[come] standard from Linn. Look forward to finding out where this nice deck is placed within the Linn pantheon.
