Neo Posted June 9, 2017 Posted June 9, 2017 Was looking through their catalog and found this too good to be true, well the catalog was apparently incorrect had a lengthy discussion with a very nice sales person who was actually great full for the pick up. He offered afew great prices as way of thank you and all will be promptly amended at the end of the day. Did a follow up phone call the following day different person not as great full. Pointed out that because I brought it to their attention earlier I may have grounds for insisting that get the cables at the prices advertised, was informed that the store policy is as such that they don't have to sell it to me if they don't want to. just for kicks looked up their catalog just now, nothing amended. Really good prices a steal really. Not sure what's going on from the retailer, they don't care i.e. Not changing prices, do they need a rush of calls wanting to purchase? I thought I get a Stereonet community take?

Both of the salespeople you spoke with have advised me of the error and I apologise that the second salesperson you spoke with was not as pleasant or accepting. We honestly don't know how the error came about and are surprised that neither a client nor ourselves detected it earlier. We have had the page amended but as the catalogue is loaded in its entirety and not by page it isn't a simple process to have the new one loaded but this will be updated next week when our digital marketing agency return to work after the long weekend.
