Hello folks,

Just thought I'd write a short article and re list our loudspeaker range for everyone here and hopefully I can show you something that you weren't aware of.

It's no easy task being a loudspeaker manufacturer and in particular, in Australia, where we are more than spoiled for choice to say the least. Dave and I started Wyndham Audio so as to give us a platform by which we could initially anyway, introduce our CH range of loudspeakers to you all

We have in the last 12 - 18 months subsequently introduced our excellent BR range of loudspeakers too.

Our CH1 loudspeaker pictured above is simply sensational and is particularly good in a small to medium sized listening room, with remarkable depth of bass from such a fine enclosure with an extremely small footprint. Yes, the bass is remarkable, but the true beauty of the CH1 is the clarity of the mid range, which is exquisite.

The CH1 is available in either a natural timber veneer or painted finish in your choice of veneer or colour. You can view the CH1 and read more on our website here. Our price for the CH1 is $2,795.00 - PM Dave or myself for your StereoNET member's discount price.

Our CH2 loudspeaker pictured above is the flagship loudspeaker in our CH range and it is simply a stunning loudspeaker, with a rich, deep bass response, a superbly resolved mid range and beautifully extended top end that is totally free of distortion. You have got to listen to the CH2 to fully appreciate how good this loudspeaker is. As local Australian manufacturers, Dave and I are extremely proud of what we have produced with our CH2 loudspeaker.

The CH2 is available in either a natural timber veneer or painted finish in your choice of veneer or colour. You can view the CH2 and read more on our website here. Our price for the CH2 is $5,985.00 - PM Dave or myself for

your StereoNET member's discount price.

From L-R BR3, BR2, BR1.

Our BR loudspeaker range pictured. and the BR1 on the far right of the picture is a high end bass reflex two way as can be attested to by the many happy customers who have these as the main loudspeakers in their high end systems.

The BR1 is available in either a natural timber veneer or painted finish in your choice of veneer or colour. You can view the BR1 and read more on our website here. Our price for the BR1 is $3,490.00 - PM Dave or myself for your StereoNET member's discount price.

Our BR2 above is a high end 2.5 way loudspeaker, which is a superbly resolving loudspeaker, from the deep and tight bass response, the delightful mid range and to the absolutely superb top end. I can personally attest to this each day, as the BR2 is the loudspeaker I use in my own system and I can't recommend them highly enough, for a medium to large sized listening room.

BR2 loudspeaker in matt black painted finish.

The BR2 is available in either a natural timber veneer or painted finish in your choice of veneer or colour. You can view the BR2 and read more on our website here. Our price for the BR2 is $4,380.00 - PM Dave or myself for your StereoNET member's discount price.

BR3_in_Sea_Salt_large.jpg?v=1495591071

Our BR3 loudspeaker is a high performance, world class 'reference' dual 8" three way, with an incredibly flat impedance curve and only 5 degrees of phase shift, which makes it extremely valve friendly too. It has all the performance parameters of our BR2 loudspeaker, but with an outstanding bass response to 30Hz.

The BR3 loudspeaker is a truly world class high performance loudspeaker for the discerning music lover and one that will perform beautifully in any high end two channel system.

The BR3 is available in either a natural timber veneer or painted finish in your choice of veneer or colour. You can view the BR3 and read more on our website here. Our price for the BR3 is $7,990.00 - PM Dave or myself for your StereoNET member's discount price.

Our entire BR range of loudspeakers come with magnetically attached grills and base spikes.

Cheers,

Keith

Just to add to Keith's thread,  if anyone in Sydney wishes to listen to either the CH2 or BR3 please contact me.  I own a set of CH2's (and love them) and currently have a set of BR3's on loan from Keith for Sydney Demos where people wish to hear either or both sets of speakers.

Both are magnificent speakers and have high value propositions.  Drop me a PM if you are interested whilst I have both at my place.

Just like to add that I'm the proud owner of a pair of BR1s in stunning high-gloss black. Sensational speaker and a real bargain at this price point...they're sounding better every time I use them. Highly recommended.:)

Another very, very happy BR1 owner here! These floorstanders have a small footprint, a huge sound, and look absolutely stunning. Front ports make them much more room-friendly too. I can't imagine anything better for anywhere near the money, and Keith has been a total gentleman to deal with and he's passionate about what he does. Cannot recommend him, or his speakers, highly enough!

Thanks Grumps, MusicOne and Wiffle for your kind words and I'm really pleased the BR1s are sounding better everyday in your systems...........they are an exceptional 2 way and will knock the socks off all those overrated standmount 2 ways that cost a heck of a lot more and take up the same footprint, or more in some cases.;) And I know you don't own a pair Grumps, I wish you did though, but I'm sure you've heard the BRs at least a couple of times when we've had them over there in Adelphia?

Our CH and BR range have received a great response when demoed in Melbourne and in Adelaide and the CH2s were really well received at the Sydney Audio Club a couple of years back now, but in general the number of SNAers listening to either the CH or BR range in Sydney is nothing compared to the turn out in Melbourne and Adelaide. With this in mind, any Sydneysiders wanting to experience our loudspeakers should seriously consider John's very kind offer to demo both the CH2s and the BR3s. You'll be blown away by what the CH2s can do, but you need to experience them to appreciate it. The BR3s are a simply stunning 3 way floorstander and IMO, you would have to spend well north of $20k to match them................drop John a PM and arrange a time to call in and have a listen, he'll love it. That's John's lovely set up in the last pic of my original post.

Cheers,

Keith

I've been lucky enough to have spent plenty of time in front of the CH2s and slightly less time before the BR3s at John's place.

The CH2s sound amazing in John's room and particularly so on the end of the big Luxman Class A amp. A very smooth and inviting sound without a hint of hardness. Plenty of detail but never at the expense of the musical whole. Very fine speakers indeed!

The BR3s are also excellent and deliver the same signature sound as the CH2s while perhaps reaching a shade deeper. Possibly a little more on the dynamic side and less on the smooth side if I had to pinpoint a difference between the two. Give the BR3s room to breathe and they easily challenge and better numerous speakers many times their cost.

If I had spare cash and was looking for an upgrade of speakers, these two would be high on the list and possibly the BR2s if they would be a better match to my room size.

Heartily agree with the recommendation to take John up on his offer of an audition of both speakers. A great guy and excellent host and strong odds you'll be tripping over me relaxing in the sweet spot!

I reckon they would sound good on most setups.  I've been fortunate to pick up some great equipment 2nd hand (only TT was new in my rig)

And remember you can get a taste of the BR range in SA by hearing the little wonder BR1 at my place in the Adelaide Hills!
