Item Condition: Very good. Used but not abused. Has been serviced by Montblanc in Germany. 
Reason for selling: Too many pens

Extra Info: The first and most collectible of the Writers Edition pens, this one is gorgeous. I have used this pen for many years and had it serviced by Montblanc about a year ago. I am no longer writing as much and am culling my pen collection to those that travel well. This one doesn't as it gets some nib creep which can move into the cap, so best used as a desk pen. Nib size M.

It looks like a mighty fine writing device. Unfortunately I've just purchased a fountain pen from China for $4 (incl.postage) so I don't need another one at the moment. I'm sure whoever buys this will appreciate the quality (which would be much greater than the one I bought!).  GLWTS.

 

Can you explain "nib creep", I'm not familiar with the term.
