Extra Info:  I'm looking for the F6 kit but mainly looking for those Jensen JT-123-FLPCH transformers, if anyone bought them but didn't get around to building the amp

Buy the kit without the resistors and capacitors at the DIY Audio store 

Also chassis of your choice 

At times they become sold out but they return when more are produced - so you need to keep checking or contact them for a time line

However if you or another member wants an F5 board kit 25 A Class - it's fully populated

I'm a bit keen on the F5 myself and also have quite a 'few spares' here - I even went to the trouble to get some Rhopoints, Koa and IsaB resistors to 'softened the sound' up a bit - the juma input gain stage helped a bit - while waiting for the F7 to eventuate, I thought I might refit the F5 into the F6 and 'do a number' on the P/S.

 

Will ask at the diyA shop for possible restocked kits (they indicate plenty of pcbs) and/or maybe ask Amber what it'll cost to get a couple of those Jensen transformers - I vaguely remember someone designed a shorter, more compact pcb but it's buried somewhere in one of the threads

 

Have you progressed towards the F7 yet?

My amp trail starts at the - 

F5 then upgraded to the super specced F6 

Now I am enjoying the M2 and it makes my system shine but I will make one small modification when time permits 

 

All amps have a different sound signature / feel, but equally all are good if matched to the right system
