Endearingly, particularly in the seventh photo, it looks like it was modelled upon the friendly robot in some weird Japanese sci-fi movie. Or was it the computer in ..............

It was in fact a series called Lexx. Surely someone besides me knows it. If you don't, and you're partial to a bit of loopy US/German sci-fi, you need to check it out.

 

That's not Lexx, btw. Lexx is the name of the sentient spaceship.

These are a really nice amp. Heard one driving my KEF ref 201/2s (to which they did a fine job)
