  2. Further information: I bought this little gem couple of year ago from distributor (Max Media) based on the review (link below) and I agree, it is simply superb. The only reason for selling is because needs some funds. I have original box for eventual interstate buyer. I can include telefunken NOS 6922 valve and the original Genelex Gold Lion 6922 golden pin. Here below link to a glowing review https://hometheaterreview.com/lab-12-dac1-special-edition-reviewed/ Thanks for watching. 4. A bit old, and yet I'm still baffled. This one's for the knowledgeable WA folk. I'd found my favourite burger joint in Freo, Jus Burgers, in the market corner. Every time I went to Freo with the family, between 2014 and till the end of 2015, I'd stop and have burger lunch there, and stop for ice creams at the Dolce Vita. It was so good. Tasty burgers, good options, beer, a relaxed atmosphere, nothing fancy at all, and yet appealing. A no fuss approach and good food and drink. What else? Then come February 2016, the joint is closed. Bugger! Replaced by a dodgy up-themselves tapas joint. Less relaxed atmosphere, didn't go in, instead, opted to drown my tears at another venue. Pass a few months and the tapas joint closes. Replaced by a doughnut/sandwich mix sort of joint. Didn't go in, but I asked a mate that works at the Freo Hospital, "What's up with that?", and he reckoned the tapas joint was expensive, not good, and small portions. So I pass by today again, and that doughnut/sandwich shop has been replaced by a clothes shop! WTF? Really? That corner is haunted I think. Wife says it's the price you pay for removing the best burgers in town. Serves them well. Anyone know what's going on there? I thought Jus Burgers was awesome! I really miss it in Freo. The other joint ain't bad, but it just ain't as good. Oh well, time to move on I think. Cheers, Alberto
