Further Information: I bought this unit new in April 2021 in UK (from Sevenoaks audio), prior to relocating to Australia. It was not used for 6 months whilst being shipped to Australia and usually gets 2/3 hours of use per week, so by this point well burnt in. This was my first hifi purchase and although love it, have started to embark on upgrading to separates setup and unfortunately need to sell the Nova to fund additional purchases I want to make.. otherwise would keep it! Comes in original packaging with remote and cable (bear in mind the cable has a UK plug termination).

Hello there friends. This is my first post to the forum and I'm quite new to the game of Hifi. My system currently consists of a Peachtree Nova 65se powering a pair of KEF LS50's on my desktop, nearfield, in a small room that is 2.7m x 3.3m. I love the ls50's but I now have the nagging need to purchase a sub to accompany them. At the moment my two choices are the REL T5 and the SVS SB-1000. I need some advice and opinions on the following. 1.) I know the REL T5 can be connected to this system, but can the SVS? 2.) What would be the more suitable sub for this application, obviously the subs are quite different, 12" vs 8", with the SVS being quite a bit more powerful at 300w vs 125w for the T5. Even though it is such a small room would the more powerful option still be the go? 3.) the two subs are the same price as far as I can tell, at $999, so are we dealing with a difference in sound quality? Any input would be great, thanks guys.

Further information: Great amp/dac and reviews well also. This is the original model and has 80watts at 8ohms per channel. Pre-Out RCA is missing plastic ring around it and remote has faded plastic coating. Few small light scratches on the top (only noticeable on light certain angles, tried to take a photo of them but it’s too reflective). Has tube pre-amp that can be bypassed if wanted using the remote. More info: https://www.techradar.com/au/reviews/audio-visual/hi-fi-and-audio/amplifiers/peachtree-audio-nova-915865/review Comes with custom made foam protection box for it for shipping (its not the original one though). Free postage AU wide to Sendle/Couriers Please locations. Sendle postal insurance is an extra $20 if you want it. $50 off for local pickup. Thanks. Photos:
