The item is unused and the pins are unmarked. 12 12 PCB 30VA Toroidal Transformer. Primary voltage: 2 x 120V AC Total VA rating: 30VA The transformer is “potted” in an epoxy compound within a plastic housing. Configured with 2 x 120V primaries and 2 identical secondaries which can be wired in either series or parallel. Being PCB mount reduces assembly time as the transformer simply solders to the PCB. You will see many references to its use in high end systems in computer audiophile, stereo mojo etc. Only reason I am selling is have bought Mola Mola Preamp/DAC and Antipodes DX which have their own LPS. The Core Audio Kaia Gen 2 PSU has none of the disadvantages of the battery-based supplies and the ripple and noise measurements are as follows: ◦Ripple of 0.01mV Not 60mV, not 10mV, not 3mV, but "vanishingly small". ◦Pure noise of 0.001mV. This compares to measured noise of 30 milli-volts in some other linear PSUs. That’s 1-millionths of a volt versus 30 thousandths of a volt. This LPS comes with the original single 12V power cable. I have as an optional extra a 4N pure silver triple cable (connects 3 devices - see photo) if anyone is interested in this. Pictures:

Item: Antipodes DS mk.3 music server Location: North Melbourne Price: $1950 Item Condition: unmarked Reason for selling: upgrading Payment Method: Pickup - Cash, Paypal, COD Only Extra Info: I received this DS new from Mark Jenkins in October 2015. It is the mark 3 which is the current version. In July 2016, I had it upgraded to the Antipodes 2 software (SW version is 2.3 now) and purchased a licence to Roon, which I loaded and have been using since then (not included). This DS comes with 4TB of HDD and is unmarked condition. It comes with the hybrid power supply which created a great improvement over my previous unit (a DS mark 1), along with the Antipodes 2 software which also brought a significant improvement in sound quality. I believe the new price in Australia is $2,900 for the unit and approx $1,000 for the storage, so I think buyers are getting a very fair price. I'm a big Antipodes fan and the reason for selling is that I am exploring further up the chain. I've just bought a new Mac mini to use as a music server. I'm going to replace the HDD with a SDD but Apple have also made the job harder for me by including an internal noisy switch mode power supply There are a number of rather pricey options like YFS or Mojo Music, does anyone know if there are any reasonably priced linear power supply options available locally?
