Audio-Technica LP1240 with bypassed internal phono section and Cardas cable wiring from the tonearm leads directly to the RCA's. An Audio-Technica cartridge on modified stock arm. Black Diamond feet between the TT and neoprene layered MDF internal base with kiln dried domestic hardwood that are at a max of 8% moisture content for the rest of the plinth. This was made from 3/4" curly maple inlayed with curly Claro walnut. Joints are mitered and biscuit joined to add strength. The very bottom
  3. All done and setup... I have wanted to do one of these correctly for a long time. Technics SP10 MKII, DAS dual arm plinth, Fidelity Research FR24 MKII 9", Jelco TK-950L MKII 12", Sph copper mat and record stabilizer. Ortofon and Audio Technica carts. Time for a listen tonight hopefully.

Up and running..... 65 pound Lenco PTP4 build with Fidelity Research FR24 MKII tonearm and Ortofon SPU GE MKII cartridge retipped by Andy Kim with a line contact nude stylus instead of the original elliptical stylus. Tiger maple plinth with upgraded bearing, long spindle, idler wheel damper, SCuM copper mat, and tool less speed adjustment knob from SPH, and Simone Lucchetti Audiosilente idler wheel .
  5. Audio Technica 1240 with Funk Firm mat, and Ortofon SPU GM/E MKII
  6. Lenco PTP build with Fidelity Research FR-24 MKII tonearm is setup and running.
  7. Lenco PTP build... 65 pounds of analog goodness. She’s in the room now and will be fitted with a Fidelity Research arm this week. Three extra arm boards also for easy change out of tonearms.
  8. Using the Ken Uesugi pre/power amp combo together for the first time with the Jon Anderson Custom 604's
  9. I think once these new crossovers get some hours on them these things will open up to reveal even better sound than they already are producing. Really nice so far.
