  1. Damn wish you had 2 for sale. I have 3 for my fronts but would have taken another 2 for my new MK Sound rear speakers.
  2. My other concern with the MK Sound is the sensitivity is quite low at 86dB and low frequency extension is only 80hz the Martin Logan have a 93dB sensitivity and LFE of 55hz. given this is only for rear surrounds, I’m leaning towards the ML over the MK speakers.
  3. Thanks for your reply. I have the now defunct Aaron HMF mk2 for LCR and side surrounds. They are actually very good speakers but unfortunately as they are no longer produced, I can’t get another two of the bipole surrounds. This would have been the best solution for my rears. My 6 ceiling speakers are the Paradigm home ic80 speakers. They are ok for now but I would eventually upgrade them as well. My AV kit is an Anthem AVM70 with a mix of amplification. 3 x Vincent SP997 for front 3, AMC 2N100mk2 stereo amp for the side surrounds, and an Onkyo PA-MC5501 9 channel driv
  4. I've decided to replace my in wall Paradigm CI Home H65-IW speakers with a pair of on wall surround speakers to get better quality and more diffuse sound field. They are serving as rear surrounds in my 13.2 setup, and I originally got in walls because they are directly behind the back row of seating. Having re-measured, I can now fit a pair of not too deep on walls above and between rear seats 1 & 2 and 3 & 4 I have managed to negotiate an excellent saving on a pair of MK Sound S150T speakers of almost $1000 (retail $3499), but I'm having some doubts as to if the
  5. Hi there, how old are these? Also is it just the pic or are they actually a dark silver grey?
  6. If you had 2 I’d be tempted. Already have 3 but would have taken another 2 for rear surround duties
  7. Just snagged one of the very few Anthem AVM70s that made it to Australia!
  8. Further information: I’ve had this excellent AV processor for about 2.5 years, so it has the same amount remaining on the 5 year warranty. It is an awesome processor with 11.2 pre out in balanced and unbalanced. In excellent condition with one very small scratch on the volume knob. Didn’t even realise it was there until I took the pics!! I have all packaging, remote and microphone. https://au.yamaha.com/en/products/audio_visual/av_receivers_amps/cx-a5200/index.html Currently retailing at around $4000 - $4300 Willing to ship at buye

  10. Damn! a week too late!! Bought the Audeze LCD2C last Saturday but this was on the shortlist. Would have snapped them up for this price! GLWTS
  11. Beautiful subwoofer, GLWTS. I am dreaming of 6 of these beasts in my ultimate cinema room.... will have to make do with my SVS PB16 Ultra for now ?
  12. Thanks Bunno77 - I like the sound of the converter! Didn't know they existed so I've learned something new ? And that's why I love these community forums!!
  13. So as I spend all day in my study now, stuck in locked down Metro Melbourne, I decided to add some decent audio so I could listen to music whilst I worked. Bought a pair of Dynaudio Emit 10's back in May, hooked them up to my old Sony AVR and used airplay.... sounded good but knew I really needed a separate amp & streamer. So a few weeks ago I bought a new Bluesound Node 2i, and snagged a used Marantz PM7005 on here for $800, now we're sounding better! I then had the nagging sensation that I needed that lovely smoothness you only get with a sub (I have an SVS P
