  2. Further information: In 1970 Sun Ra and his Arkestra took off from their American base for their first European tour, a journey that saw them playing dates in France, Germany and the UK. The tour's success was reason enough for a second excursion the following year that extended to Denmark, and finally Cairo, Egypt where the bulk of the music presented here was recorded.   8. I was freaked out when I got back into vinyl and saw the prices. But then I realized that 20 years had passed since I used to buy used records for $10-15. I can also no longer rent a 2 bedroom terrace in Richmond for $140, buy a proper coffee for $1.50, or fill up my car for $30. Everything else has gone up 2-3 fold, why would vinyl be any different?

  12. Further information: From my personal collection - Bought new from Acoustic Sounds back in 2017. Cisco were a short lived audiophile company, that were re-born as Impex Records. Cut direct from the tape by Kevin Gray & Steve Hoffman (Under the alias' "Mr Record & Dr Groove". Lol!) Pressed at RTI. Limited, numbered edition - long out of print.   13. Further information: Originally released in 1978 by legenday avant garde label, Strata East. NEVER reissued again until this version - this is a crazy rare record. Originals have been known to go for a grand. This reissue was released in 2017, with 1000 being pressed. 200 were especially made for the Japanese market that resembled Japanese 60's records - flip back high gloss jackets.
