  3. The 207 is a "pro" headphones instead of a "normal" SR3. All newer Stax headphones use a higher bias voltage. You can still use the old energizer, but might t need to turn it up to get sufficient volume. My understanding is not current is needed and in the longer run might actually damage the headphones. You are probably better off buying a low end or second hand energizer with pro output.
  4. Probably the 353x, cheapest out of the 3 with decent performance. Good to get a baseline and start building up to something like KGST etc later. Admittedly I haven't heard the D50 or the 006Ts though. I think the 006Ts is a modern version of the T1, which I found a bit too warm and fuzzy.
  5. How do you find the D8000 Pro with the Taurus? I never quite like the sound of the Taurus with the D8000 (not Pro), with Fein II and a Ares II sources. I quite like the D8000, V281 and ZH1ES combo. I mainly use the D8000 with a Phonitor XE and a Fein II. I never heard the D8000 Pro though, not sure if it is that different to the D8000.
  6. I haven't tried the 2.5 mm version, but I have been using the 4.4 mm mmcx version of this cable for Campfire IEMs: https://www.ebay.com.au/itm/KBEAR-16-Core-QDC-Interface-Pure-Copper-Cable-2-5-4-4-3-5mm-For-KZ-ZSN-ZS10-Pro/124183487630?_trkparms=ispr%3D1&hash=item1ce9e9a48e:g:RvMAAOSwse1c~25~&amdata=enc%3AAQAFAAACYBaobrjLl8XobRIiIML1V4Imu%2Fn%2BzU5L90Z278x5ickkp2NA0WuhQytmt4dbStg00DWkonrZjRAuRj%2BfbxIZfX2XOacWpuYTbQpQ3bkN3oAqsKM34Xckm3w%2BcM4F1LQhxZed9ywAA1Q%2BHXec1WTNiftDAX5D%2FcF3%2FE1%2FjpKZcUbYuGigEByccOQXIFl6XyBfK82USawa8t6OE0x387ailldMMkQQpROd%2BI95LrnOkWPZ%2BMtc04TT%2BTAafHz0bohO65RRmGgrEnSz10XekAH1ehR1H5wfuby7hckGhctLUPNGuJ7DZAdSc%2BW5vzI80OYqSkpmh90Ok2QEaQnzqPB1h6RMVP7Ru4SxStpys243inZGse6actUA2046J38bE9mSfR7ZuHRPIH35y1LVbmjY83EUnHTm29Pg1G9Dl80Bj%2FDgPN3FO9Lr%2Bv8tOzpGHzro9Rt35recEnXbnIlhxfI3pROUALFjPF8pOvDH6CJ3szGJmbJ%2BcH3XiQYFWac6OeBAdpRs2PdI2kxuGNrvTktar82uq%2FJYn2eKNNsd7Y2IS05iE7bAn2SgQfbtX%2FuzWPkhuK0YzBPQwLajy5VXKSFXaAe0xuZNWbXVFgrdZJrDknsLzOhwNl4sieT%2FTDp6SsqN8laHlqXVzwTXjLzaYnw6tQY1OOyzo4G1rDh27skBLvesVlLDQTuE72WiJGtyvYrc6TvHgYL1GfWCvUPzPEj%2FIhnkV82BVn9raMN%2FcRVDM30d51lU4b%2BVPXt%2B1fE8B07Hfk8We9D%2FPwd5wXfjYpsqcKCJowQIC6q4zpcz9U%2FesA0Q|cksum%3A124183487630da71ef59b1af4ae9aaafde3f121f87e8|ampid%3APL_CLK|clp%3A2334524 Nothing fancy, but quite flexible with no noticeable microphonic effect. I think the 2 pin version should work for your IEM. I purchased one for a Noble Tux5 which has a recessed socket, and 2 pin connector KBEAR uses sit proud so that didn't work too well at all .... Might be worth have a quick look to be sure.
  7. Japan postal service is also not sending anything via airmail to Australia, including EMS. DHL is still fine. I had a book purchased through eBay which had to be cancelled. I had a package sent via FedEx from Taiwan that got stuck in Singapore for a few days, but I did eventually arrived. DHL was again fine. DHL also seem to be better organised with local pickup points and able to set leave at door via automatic service. FedEx seem to be a bit of a mess. Don't even get me started with Auspost.....
  8. Let me know how you go but I can also lend you something. But I am in Melbourne, so it is a little more complex. Out of curiosity how is the Grado Hemp?
