Luxman DA-06 DAC

This is still Luxman flagship / top of the range DAC. It can decode DSD superbly. Soundwise, It sounds every bit as analogue and meaty as the R2R DACs ( I have only compared it to Denafrips Pontus II and Musician Aquarius) but where it excels is reproduction of textured/define mid bass and lower bass in comparable to the mentioned R2R DACs which sound a bit "woolly" or "grainy". It reminds me of the sound of Chord Dave, (I have heard a few years ago) in that it doesn't have a sound of its own-
