   This is the old model, bought years ago but I mainly listen to records so not used much.  You can google for more details, it has XLR and RCA output. Coaxial, optical and RCA input. Has gain and balance adjustment at the back of the unit.  Please note that the USB input doesn't work, the driver (from M2Tech) comes with the unit is outdated, it doesn't support the new OS, I am not sure of Pathos has release any updated software and I don't use it anyway so I assume you cannot use the US
