This is the famous Belkin Synapse spdif cable. close to 1.8m in legth.

If you haven't tried one you should.  I have several and this is a spare unit lightly used. I purchased several as NOS in original packaging.

They are a sort after out of production rather inexpensive item that competes very seriously with other much higher priced cables.
