For sale is a Gustard X26 PRO DAC in near mint condition, free from scratches or blemishes.

Originally purchased from the Audiophile Shop Australia in 2022, I am the second owner with the original receipt available for verification.

The Gustard X26 PRO features a Delta-Sigma chip architecture, delivering a sound that I describe as expansive, open, and dynamic.

In my direct comparisons with the Gustard R26, Klein II, and Fein II DACs, the X26 PRO stood out for its impressive soundstage and punchy dynamics. While the R26 offered some similarities, the X26 PRO consistently delivered a more vibrant listening experience. In contrast, the Klein II and Fein II felt somewhat constrained and lacked the depth of the X26 PRO.

The build quality of the X26 PRO is exceptional, and its user-friendly interface allows for effortless adjustments via the front panel menu. I experienced no glitches or delays when switching inputs; it performed flawlessly. I primarily used it with a USB connection to a dedicated CA server and SPDIF with a CD transport.

Included in the sale is the original shipping box, USB cable and unused (new) remote.

I'm selling to pursue an upgrade opportunity on offer.
