QUAD 520F Professional Stereo Power Amp.

100watts into 8ohm/ 160watts into 4 ohms

in good working condition,with input/output adapters.

240volt

WAS serviced by Dada, by previous Owner

1. All 4 PSU capacitors: 6800uF 63V PCB mount.
2. Two rail decoupling capacitors per channel 220uF 100V.
3. The bootstrap capacitor 47uF 63V.
there are no other electrolytics in the amplifer. The only other non-film sound-affecting capacitor is C8 which I will evaluate and replace if necessary. All film capacitors are already OK.
I will also have a good look at the input circuit. The level control occasionally gives trouble, as indeed it did with this one. so was fixed!
