JL Audio Fathom 212.

Selling cheap as it has developed a low level hum.

Inquiry has found the capacitors in the power supply need replacing, so sold as is. To fix, the plate amp need to be removed, with a window suction lifter thingy (apparently available from bunnings) then this gets taken to a tech to do the work. Due to recent health problems I would rather sell cheap to someone else that can manage this process.

It’s a sealed 2 x 12” high excursion subwoofer. 

Hand built in the USA, the ultimate home theatre or Hi Fi sub, punches very hard, stops and starts on a dime.

Comes with original box, instructions and calibration microphone for automatic room optimisation.

This is the V1 version, rrp was $12,000 , the V2 is the latest version and costs $18,000. It has slightly more power and more EQ bands, but is essentially the same sub.

This weighs 100kg, needs two people to lift.
