For Sale Garrard 401 Turntable and Tonearm Package

I’ll be sorry to see this go,

but up for sale is my Garrard 401 with a Ortofon AS-309S 12” arm.
The cartridge in the picture is up for sale separately. 

this turntable was put in a beautiful plinth made by Duc (Lovetube) a few years ago.

the arm was setup and the Garrard was serviced at the time. 
Duc replaced the spindle oil. The thrust plate was replaced with his own that he had made. 
The original mat is included. Once warmed up it runs quite steady. 

now I’m considering coming over to the HiFi show so if there was a Melbourne buyer, 

I could bring it across and potentially meet to hand it over. 
it could be possible to ship the TT at a potential buyers cost via Pack and Send. 
or other options could be discussed.
