I have a silver Copland CSA70 integrated which has some sort of fault. The amp is working intermittently, but a lot of the time goes into protection mode upon startup. I'm not exactly sure what the problem is. 

 

Cosmetically the unit is perfect and comes with boxes, manual, power lead  etc.

No I didn't mate. I think the amp was originally purchased from Heynow HIFI as far as i'm aware. What makes you mention Audio Magic? Do they repair high end amps etc?

They are the local distributor of Copland gear, might be an known fault or simple repair.

Could even be still under warranty which is 3 years (I think)

does the volume level reduce considerably and/or do you get speaker hiss, when in protection mode.
