Seeking a balanced headphone amplifier with 4-pin XLR headphone output and 3-pin Left|Right XLR inputs with or without an onboard DAC.

My favourite headphone amplifiers are the Schiit Jotunheim 2, Schiit Midgard, Geshelli Labs Erish 2.

I have Audeze LCD-XC headphones that I love. I'm using a balanced 4.4mm termination and an iFi Gryphon until I find a better solution. I want to try a neutral, balanced headphone amplifier with the XLR headphone output.

I gave a Cavalli Liquid Carbon headamp here for sale that'll work rather well with your Audeze LCX-2 'phones (could upograde the cable too) but asking about A$600 ono, nowhere near your max $300 price

i’ll check out that HPA. It’s not out of the question that I go above the reserve I’ve set. I’m happy to pay the true value of something impressive that is still supported by the shop that made it.
