Good luck!

My favourite speakers of all time are IMF. Super compacts, maybe (pretty sure).

They got me started on this gear journey 30 years ago.

The most expensive decision I ever made was to retire that stere system and try to put together another.

I listened to that stereo for thousands of hours. Chasing marketing ever since.

Haha , same. 20 years ago found super comps and still have them in my main system. Much has come and gone but the super comps are here to stay. I've been down the hole and back and the old IMF's paired with the old luxman is heavenly.

Same! I found mine on the side of the road. And I still have them.

Because of them my dream speakers are a pair of large IMF.

I powered my super compacts with a little 8-12W Consonance KT88 amp.

Consonance phono stage. Thorens TD 165. Empire MM cart.

Absolutely fantastic. I listened to it for hours every day for five years.

Decided to retire the system to try something new and hopefully better. It's taken over a decade and an embarrassing amount of money to get close.
