EXPIRED For Sale Yamaha NS-690 Mkii Bookshelf Loudspeakers

This is a set of beautiful vintage Yamaha NS-690 Mkii, very rare mirror image pair.   Regrettable sale but I rather let them go to good home who will appreciate them.  It’ll be very difficult to find another pair in this condition.  Listed as bookshelf speakers as they’re not floorstanders.  However, they’re almost the same size as NS1000 minitors.  They’re large and very heavy.  The woofer size is 12 inch (30cm).

Condition is incredible, very well looked after and all drivers are in beautiful condition.  The roll surrounds have been professionally re-foamed only just over 2 years ago, and as new condition.  Everything here are original, never been re-coned, change voice coil, no modifications to the cross-over whatsoever.  

The price included the custom made stands.  They are made from solid timber base and top, powder coated steel pillars/frames.   They lift the speakers to perfect height and position the tweeter at ear level.

They sound wonderful even with low powered tube amps as they’re quite high efficient speakers.
