Apparently this is sold-out in the US, but it's a mistake on my part - I was so keen to get a copy that I bought 2. Both are new and unopened and when I shake them gently neither has loose disks.

So, I put up the price I paid for it - feel free to PM me over the weekend (I don't login over the weekend) if you think that's too much. And I reckon postage is close to $10, so don't forget to account for that.
