This is the last of the Gen 1 Bifrost DACs, including the GEN 5 USB input and AKM 4490 DAC chip.

I am the second owner. I purchased it in March 2022. The original owner purchased it from A2A in WA in May 2020. I have a copy of the original purchase receipt from A2A with redacted personal details. I can provide a copy of this receipt.

It's in excellent cosmetic and operating condition. No marks I can see. Please see photos attached. I've only ever used the USB port with no issues. I have always cared for the unit.

This DAC provided a significant and very noticable upgrade in replacing my Audioquest Dragonfly Red, which fed my Schiit Jotunheim. This Bifrost is still a very good DAC for the price of this sale and I've enjoyed my time with it in my system. Stacks well with other Schiit gear such as Magnius, Asgard, Jotunheim etc. I've upgraded my gear recently (as we do).
