Further Information

Have 5 setups and want to try something new. This has been around the longest, and i frequently change, thats how much I rate them.

Brilliant speakers, often compared to very high end speakers and Lx521 come out on top! Even at shows. New ready made ones are over $20k from Europe. Think full range, huge soundstage, very accurate. The dipole design means it works really well in difficult rooms.

Just the speakers and cables for sale. This is the .3 version, has a passive network between upper and lower bass. So only need total 6 channels amplification. The midrange is textbook perfect, have measured in my own room. The cables are rough diy.

You need to know what your doing to run these. A multichannel dsp is required, minidsp, deqx etc. I can include an older dsp, but its average and no longer suported. I have other solutions for buyer as well.

I've seen some very interesting things on this site but never scalloped floorboards. Are my ol eyes deceiving me? They look very cool either way. Speakers look good too  ; )  glws

Engineered, 6mm on top. I cant remember what it was called, but meant to mimick an old sail boat deck. I got it as its not slippery - for elderly relatives who frequent our place

yeah ok thats the deqx or mini dsp

Those are good options, can connect any source, digital or analogue.

I do it in software (mostly Roon, HLC, HQP), JRiver and some other software can do it as well. I connect via usb to an Okto dac8 multichaanel dac. There is new firmware just released for the Okto where you can program xovers, delays etc., so it can also work as a standalone unit like minidsp/deqx. There are numerous cheaper multichannel dacs as well that can do the job.

oh ok

i use cd turntable and good dac that i like,

but running these speakers would require extra digital crossover

i dont stream much
