On offer is a refurbished Dual 505 III Audiophile Concept belt drive turntable.

The unit has had a complete mechanical service, all mechanisms were cleaned and re-lubed. Motor and platter bush were serviced and new platter and pitch control belts were fitted. A brand-new Ortofon OM5S cartridge has been fitted and all necessary arm adjustments have been made. The deck lid top was refurbished, rubbed back with 2000 grade wet and dry paper then machined polished, it came up really nice. The entire unit was given a deep clean.

The unit is very heavy, having a pressed steel deck, with a black, slim-line wooden plinth. Overall presentation is excellent. Comes with original packing box, owners manual and full service history.

The operation of the unit is the arm lifts when it gets to the end of the record and the platter turns off. It has a suspended deck in the plinth, with a spring at every corner. Additionally, the unit has variable pitch control speed adjustment.

Folks, if you’re looking for a quality introductory audiophile turntable, in good condition, you would be hard pressed to find better value than this Dual 505 III.
