Philips Miniwatt ECC83/12AX7 matched pair.
Tested by Ian at Speaker Hospital last week. Tested very good (80% of NOS reading).
These are premium ECC83 tubes made at the Herleen factory in Holland in 1964 (code visible on one tube almost fully worn stamp on the other).
NOS tubes like this usually last for around 10,000 hours.
Excellent sounding tubes made in the same factory and identical to the Amperex Bugleboy.
