1950s brown base GEC u52 rectifier, d getter black plates

i bought this as a replacement for my stereo 20 valve amp , and I must say that it is the best tube I have heard in that position! It hands down beats the metal base gz34 and f31 fat base, but it should not really see that size of a first cap, it probably wouldn’t bother it in reality as I have used a gz37 for 10 years in a leak 20

but I’m building a pair of monos and need two different tubes so this can be sold

if you have a use for this tube it doesn’t get any better
