Up for sale is a used M75-6s cartridge with genuine Shure stylus, possibly original. 

 

As you can see, it is in very good condition both cosmetically and function.  Was used on/removed from

a vintage Onkyo turntable a few years ago.  Has been in the case for a few years now.  Price reflects the

likelihood that stylus may need replacement.  Happy to post at buyer's expense.
