Up for Sale is a very good Digital to Digital Converter and comes very close in performance comparing  to other hi end converters like Singxer SU6 or Denafrips Iris.

I've also had some chat with matrix audio about their new xpidf 3 and was told there were only some minor  improvement been made. They are:

1. IIS-LVDS output isolation is added to perfectly isolate the digital output and the ground wire of the USB end

2. the optimized CNC aluminum alloy one-piece shell is used to further improve the electromagnetic shielding performance and minimize the impact of mechanical vibration.  

The Xmos chip hasn't been changed as well as the other outputs if not using with IIS. Even with IIS, the difference is subtle.

Unit can be powered with 5v usb power hence no external charger was included in the package. I will add extra ifi ipower which is over $100 retail as a bonus to my asking price. Guaranteed it won't be disappointed and if hooked up with matrix audio dac, it's a match in heaven.
